We ship only in mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. The shipping cost will be free and the delivery time is 24 to 72 hours depending on the availability of the product. If upon receiving the package it is damaged or opened, the client should not receive it and should notify us as soon as possible. The delivery is made with acknowledgment of receipt, if the recipient was absent, the carrier would leave a notice and would go back to a maximum of two times. If the package has not been delivered, it will be returned to the sender.
You will have the right to withdraw from this contract without specifying your reasons within fourteen days of receipt of the product. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a declaration free of ambiguities.
You must return or deliver the goods without excessive delay and, in any case, as later, fourteen days after communicating your decision to withdraw from this contract. It will be considered that this period has been respected if the asset is sent before the expiration of the period of fourteen days. We will assume the expenses of return of the good.
All returned items must be returned completely intact.
Upon receiving the package, the perfect condition of the returned merchandise will be evaluated. No return will be accepted in the event that the returned items have been visibly used or damaged by the Customer and that this use or these damages prevent the items from being suitable for sale. In the event that the return is rejected, the items will be returned to the Customer, without the Client being able to demand any type of compensation or right to a refund.
In the event of withdrawal of this contract, we will reimburse all payments received, without excessive delay and, in any case, as later as fourteen days after being informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We can postpone the refund until we have received the good. We will proceed to make the refund using the same means of payment that you have used for the initial transaction, except in case you expressly indicate a different means.
